No pets and No smoking allowed. $800.00 a month rental fee that includes water, trash pickup, and lawn maintenance. You must have a $800.00 deposit AND rent for the current month when moving in. We will prorate the rent if needed. Applicants are required to complete a rental application form, authorize a credit, background, and eviction check.
